What do Burn Boot Camp workouts “look” like?Īgain, every camp is different. It follows a standard format of a 5 minute warmup (which is different every camp), a 25-30 minute workout (which is different every camp – NO TWO WORKOUTS ARE EVER THE SAME), and a “finisher” which is a 3-5 minute exercise (or exercises) that are designed to really push you out of your comfort zone and get the most results.
